PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interconnect two electric systems varying randomly by operating a rotary current transformer bidirectionally at a variable speed in order to transmit power from a first electric system to a second electric system. SOLUTION: A rotary current transformer 102 is connected with a first electric system through a three-phase line RA, RB, RC and connected with a second electric system through a three-phase line SA, SB, SC. The three-phase line RA, RB, RC from the first electric system is connected with a slip ring 114 and the three-phase line SA, SB, SC from the second electric system is connected with a stator 112. A rotor 110 is operated bidirectionally at a variable speed through a controller 104 thus transmitting power from the first electric system to the second electric system. Consequently, two electric systems varying randomly can be interconnected. |
