PURPOSE: To provide a system with an original medical chart function which makes a doctor himself generate computer medical charts and is integrated up to issue of medical fee bills. CONSTITUTION: Although a filling system for medical charts by a computer, an examining method, a medical prescription, medical fee billing, etc., are developed by many companies, there is not a system which connects them, and there would be value on condition that a nurse center and movable codeless clinical records which are used at the time of doctor's round of visits are united. This flow is established by this medical chart-less system. Further, the system is made more complete by connecting a payment fundation and a medical fee examination committe on-line. |
