LAMINATED FILM FOR PACKAGE

摘要

PURPOSE: To enhance heat seal peel strength and transparency over a wide temp. range by laminating a seal layer to a base material layer composed of polypropylene and forming the seal layer from a specific ratio of polypropylene, low density polyethylene and ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber. CONSTITUTION: A lamainated film consists of a base material layer composed of polypropylene and a seal layer and the seal layer is formed from 30-50wt.% of polypropylene 20-35wt.% of low density polyethylene and 25-40wt.% of ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber. Polypropylene of the seal layer is composed of a propylene/ethylene rand(>m copolymer wherein ethylene content is pref. 7-20g/100min. As low density polyethylene, one with density of 0.91-0.93g/cm<2> and a melt index of 0.5-50g/10min is used.
