The radiation sensitive elements (LE) are arranged in counter polar pairs connected in series. The electric signal tapped off from the two free ends (A, B) of this series circuit is supplied to a successively connected electronic sensor (E).The series circuit is integrated on a common carrier (I). The carrier is made of radiation responsive esp. pyroelectric material with a uniform direction of the spontaneous polarisation (P) and on opposite sides as respective rows of front and rear electrodes (F,R) each row having mutual spacing and arranged with partial overlapping.
