<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for cutting a sheetlike member for pattern matching, capable of simply and inexpensively matching color of patterned cloth and cutting, and to provide a device for this method. CONSTITUTION: A monochromic CCD camera 31 and a colored CCD camera 36 are loaded on a cutting head 30. The monochromic CCD camera 31 automatically pursues the contours of a paper pattern, memorizes paper pattern data for the whole paper patterns and displays the patterns on a graphic display 102. The colored CCD camera 36 picks up the image of the color and pattern of a sheetlike member to be cut 2 on a color video monitor 105, manually moves the cutting head while watching the image. After a cutting original point on the sheetlike member to be cut 2 is determined, one point of the cutting data is decided as a cutting starting point. Its coordinate position is inputted and memorized. The color and pattern of the sheetlike member to be cut is matched based on the memorized coordinate position and the sheetlike member to be cut 2 is cut according to the cutting data to provide a method for cutting the sheetlike member to be cut.</p> |
