FIELD: metal pressure forming, namely production of bent rolled angles. SUBSTANCE: section bending mill includes two-roll forming stands, in a part of these stands lower rolls are mounted with use of limiting beads, and vertical centering rollers. The beads of first and last stands, being cone ones, have generatrices, inclined relative to horizon by angle (78-81) degrees; a width of their grooved passes is equal to a half-sum of distances between the vertical rollers, arranged before and after the above mentioned stands. EFFECT: enhanced quality of bent equal- flange angles, lowered roll wear upon section making. |
