A cooling fan including a first motor 14, a second motor 16 disposed under the first motor, a cooling impeller 15 drivingly connected with the first motor, an exhaust impeller 17 drivingly connected with the second motor and disposed under the cooling impeller, a semi-conductor chip 20 arranged between the cooling impeller and the exhaust fan, and having a cooling surface 21 at the top and a heat dissipating surface 22 at the bottom, and a cooling water coil 31 mounted on the cooling surface of the semi-conductor chip, whereby the cooling fan can make a current of cool air. <IMAGE> |
