PURPOSE:To adds a sound reverberation which give superior sound effects by using technology of crosstalk cancellation. CONSTITUTION:The sound reverberation adding device adds the sound reverberation to musical sound signals of two channels for sounding by two sounding sources positions in front of a listener at the same distance and has an initial reflected sound generating means 1 which generates initial reflected sound signals of two channels by delaying and attenuating an input musical sound signal from outside, a crosstalk canceling means 2 which generates a signal for cancellation by delaying and inverting the phase of the initial reflected sound signals of two channels generated by the initial reflected sound generating means 1 and then adds the signal to the initial reflected sound signal of the other channel to generate an initial reflected sound signal with cancellation for localizing a sound image of the initial reflected sound outside the two sounding sources, and sound reverberation adding means AD2 and AD3 which adds the input musical sound signal and the initial reflected sound signal with cancellation generated by the crosstalk canceling means 2 to generate output musical sound signals of two channels. |
