The assembly hole (25) for the cutter-blades (15) is milled out and is larger crosswise than the cutter-blade. The assembly hole has a cutter-blade fitting surface (26) which is defined crosswise on a central part of the cutter-blade assembly holes. The assembly hole has recessed parts (27, 28) on both sides of the fitting surface.
