The fabric roll banding appts. is installed between two parallel rollers (21, 22) on which the wound fabric roll is loaded and rotated. The appts. comprises a stand (1) equipped with a thermal cutter (2) and a sensor (19) at its upper portion, an operation plate (6) pivoted to the side wall of the stand and equipped with an air injection nozzle (17) and three rubber-coated rollers (3, 4, 5), an air cylinder (7) with a rod (8) whose end is connected to one end of the operation plate, a band roll spool unit (10) assembled with a stepped bolt and a butterfly nut near central portion of the stand, and an aux. guide roller positioned over the air cylinder.
