<p>PURPOSE:To enable to judge whether a preservation bag of blood for transfusion has been irradiated with ultraviolet or not easily by the eye, by applying paint containing ultraviolet sensitive pigment to a bag itself of the preservation bag of blood for transfusion or to a tube attached thereto and making color change noticeable by the eye by ultraviolet irradiation. CONSTITUTION:By applying paint containing ultraviolet sensitive pigment, which makes color change noticeable by the eye by ultraviolet irradiation, to a bag itself of the preservation bag of blood for transfusion or to a tube attached thereto, distinction whether the bag has been irradiated with ultraviolet or not can be made from the color change. As the result, as a preservation bag of blood after ultraviolet irradiation can be easily distinguished from the one before the irradiation, such an accident as a bag before the ultraviolet irradiation is erroneously used instead of the bag after the ultraviolet irradiation can be prevented, and safety against GVHD can be enhanced.</p> |
