Compounds of the formula II: in which: R is a C1-C3 alkyl group, a C1-C3 alkyl group which has at least one halogen substituent, a C1-C3 alkylamino group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, a phenyl group or a phenyl group which has at least one halogen substituent; R1 is a C1-C3 alkoxy group; X is a fluorine or chlorine atom; R7' is a hydrogen atom or a carboxyl-protecting group and X' and X are identical or different, which can be used as intermediates for preparing pharmaceutical compounds.
