PURPOSE:To doubly prevent the rewrite of a program by a third person, confirm the rewrite in addition to sealing, and doubly protect the program to be tested. CONSTITUTION:An electronic rate balance has a flush memory 24 in which a program data to be tested is stored, and write is generally prohibited; a dip switch 38 for allowing the flush memory 24 to write; an non-receptible counter for counting the writing frequency to the flush memory 24 in which the change and set of the count value is impossible; and a PC side keyboard for secrete cord input. When the dip switch 38 is ON, the count value of the non-receptible counter is displayed on a LED display, and the input of a secrete cord is requested. When the inputted key cord is unmatching with a preset secrete cord, error display is conducted, and the write to the flush memory 24 is prohibited. |
