A selective device (1) for mitigating fluids and a distribution system equipped with such a device. This device, which comprises an entry nozzle (11), an exit pipe (13) and a delivery conduit (12) for additive fluid to be mixed with a main fluid, is characterised in that the entry nozzle and the exit pipe each have a throat and are of the same material with a body (10) inside which is housed a movable plunger (100) which comprises an internal connecting passage (14) arranged so as to be traversed only by a portion of the main fluid and into which the additive fluid is drawn under the effect of a partial vacuum created in this passage, the other portion of the main fluid being diverted towards another passage (15) for bypassing the plunger (100).
