The invention consists in achieving horizontal stabilisation on the two adjustable and identical front feet (1) of the fishing basket by virtue of two rubber bands (8 and 10) of different lengths allowing the assembly to be in operation in three seconds. The two adjustable feet (1) are each held by a screw (4), clamped with the aid of a nut (11), the latter being itself held by a washer (5b) and also a serrated lock washer (5). The screw (4) slides in a slot (3) so as to keep the fishing basket at different heights according to the slope of the terrain at the edges of waterways, pools or lakes. <IMAGE>
