PURPOSE:To control the dielectric constant and the temperature coefficient of the resonance frequency independently, as to a dielectric ceramic used in a microwave area. CONSTITUTION:A composite which consists of a lead oxide, a calcium oxide, an iron oxide, a niobium oxide, a tangsten oxide, and a titanium oxide is made into a dielectric ceramic composite shown as the general expression (Pb1-xCax)1+a{(Fe1/2Nb1/2)1-yTiy}O3+a, or (Pb1-xCax)1+a{Fe1/2Nb1/2)1-z(Fe2/3 W1/3)z}O3+a. Or it is made into a dielectric ceramic in which a part of Pb and Ca, and a part or whole body of Sr and Nb are displaced with Ta in the above general expression. |
