PURPOSE:To provide the maintenance/patrol work table preparing device which can execute an efficient allocation without causing a double allocation of a non-standard work and an allocating omission. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an individual information storage part 12 for storing service information in a prescribed period of each worker and the qualification for a work, a job site information storage part 11 for storing an object building name of a standard work in a prescribed period, the work contents of the standard work, and the previous work day, a non-standard work storage part 5 for storing a building name, the work contents and a work executing period for executing a non-standard work, a display part for necessary data, and an allocation processing part 14 for allocating a maintenance object building to each worker, based on storage data in the job site information storage part 11, executing the allocation of a standard work displayed on a display part 2b, reading out a work in which the work executing period is contained in the prescribed period, in the non-standard work from the non-standard work storage part 5, after the allocation of the standard work is finished, allocating it to the already allocated part in the same area by taking a work time into consideration, and displaying it on the display part 2b. |
