PURPOSE:To provide the speech recording and reproducing device which can record and reproduce a desired speech through simple operation. CONSTITUTION:A speech analyzing circuit 51 analyzes a 1st or 2nd speech and outputs speech analytic information characteristic to each speech. Speech analytic information on the 1st speech is recorded in a memory 53 and a speech comparing circuit 52 compares the speech analytic information on the 1st speech with 2nd speech analytic information. Only a desired speech in the 2nd speech is selectively recorded and reproduced by a recording circuit part 1 and a reproducing circuit part 2 according to the comparison result. |
