PURPOSE:To eliminate concentration process, increase the number of unit column stages, and carry out efficient separation by using a supercritical fluid as an eluting solvent in the case quasi-moving-bed chromatographic separation is carried out. CONSTITUTION:Columns 1 to 8 filled with a solid adsorbent are connected endlessly to give a circulation flow route and a fluid is forcedly circulated to one direction. A first leading inlet, a first taking out outlet, a second leading inlet, a second taking outlet are formed in this order for every column 1 to 8 of the quasi-moving-bed and at the same time, successive movement of the flowing direction of the supercritical fluid is made possible intermitterntly by a first to a fifth rotary valves A to E and solenoid check valves 7a to 7h. A raw material solution containing a plurality of components is supplied. In the adsorption process, an optically active material which is adsorbed easily by the adsorbent is adsorbed and, together with the supercritical fluid, the substances which are hard to be adsorbed are recovered as raffinate components are recovered. After that, the adsorbent is brought into contact with a part of the extract to be concentrated and then brought into contact with the eluting fluid to desorb the eluting fluid and thus the supercritical fluid is recovered. |
