<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject packaging body having perforated area ratio of a perforated synthetic resin film and surface area in a bag each being in a specific range, hermetically sealing spinach therein and capable of preventing odor owing to anaerobic respiration and browning and soft rot of spinach owing to excess oxygen. CONSTITUTION:Spinach is packed so that surface area in a bag may be 200-900cm<2> based on 100g spinach in a three-way sealed bag consisting of a perforated synthetic resin film obtained by boring 135 holes having 80mum average diameter through a packaging bag consisting of stretched polypropylene having 200mmX900mm inner size and 25mum thickness so as to have 7X10<-5> to 5X10<-4> perforated area ratio and hermetically be sealed to provide the objective spinach-containing packaging body capable of preventing odor owing to anaerobic respiration and browning and soft rot of spinach owing to excess oxygen and capable of serving on the table while leaving original taste of spinach and keeping fresh state.</p> |
