摘要 The cryogenic cooling appts has a gaseous cooling medium held under pressure, cooled and liquified by leaving a valve opening (1) through expansion. The valve opening has a valve head and a valve pin (2). The valve pin can be moved by a sousing (11) contg. a silicon oil which is heated and expanded using an electrical heating coil (13). The valve pin changes the effective cross-section of the valve opening, in dependence on reaching cryogenic temperature, w.r.t. the flow through quantities. The valve pin on the high pressure side of the valve opening affects the quantities of the cooling medium which flow into the valve opening. ADVANTAGE - Improved control behaviour stability, improved temperature sensitivity and improved shock insensitivity.
