MANUFACTURE LINE CONSTITUTING METHOD AND ITS OPERATION METHOD

PURPOSE:To obtain a method which can efficiently constitute and operate a manufacture line. CONSTITUTION:Simulation is repeated by using an automatic scheduler (scheduler module 102) capable of allocating a device and personel in a manufacture line, a curve group indicating the relation of the throughput of the manufacture line and the manufacture turn around time of a product, one point indicating a desired throughput and turn around time from the curve group is selected and the constitution of the device and personnel arrangement necessary for realizing the throughput and the turn around time of the point is decided. By using the constitution method of the manufacture line, the throw-in day and the number of throw-in of a lot to be thrown into the manufacture line are optimized so as to manage the manufacture due date in detail.
