PURPOSE:To obtain an exhaust emission control device not throttling the exhaust gas passage downstream from a filter in order to secure the exhaust gas for regeneration when a filter is regenerated, regarding a dual filter type exhaust emission control device. CONSTITUTION:This exhaust emission control device is provided with an exhaust gas control valve 10 in a branch part (a) and regenerated gas control valves 23, 24 in the branch passages 8, 9 upstream from a filter. For example, in the regeneration of the filter 2, exhaust gas flows to the filter 3 by the control valve 10, but the exhaust gas after passing is branched in two parts at a confluence part by opening the regenerated gas control valve 23 upstream from the filter 2 and flows reversely and regenerates the filter 2 and exhausted through the control valve 23. |
