PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a cushioning bag which has a desired form and is superior in durability. CONSTITUTION:The title method is provided with a wax mold molding process forming a wax mold 23 of a wax material in a form of a cushioning bag, a coating molding process wherein the wax mold 23 is dipped into a dipping liquid tank 15, the wax mold 23 is pulled up after the dipping liquid is stuck to the surface of the wax mold 23 and a coating is formed on the surface of the wax mold 23 and a mold removing process forming a hollow cushioning bag 3 which is comprised of a coating and having airtight properties by a method wherein the wax mold 23 on the surface of which the coating 103 is formed is heated and the wax mold 23 is removed by melting.
