PURPOSE:To provide a method for easily and accurately identifying an optical path at the end of the optical path. CONSTITUTION:An identification mark 39 constituted of plural reflection parts for reflecting only a specific wavelength is installed on the optical path 50, the wavelength of the reflected light from the identification mark 39 and which is obtained when inspection light is made incident from one end of the optical path is measured, and then, the optical path 50 is identified based on the measurement result. When the inspection light is made incident from one end of the optical path 50 by the light emitting part 20, the light is reflected on each reflection part of the identification mark 39, and then, it turns back to the incident end. The combination of the reflection light wavelength and the relative position of each reflection part is made different at every optical path 50, and then, by measuring the wavelength of the reflected light and the relative position of the reflected light by a light receiving part 21, the optical path 50 is identified based on the measurement result. |
