发明名称 REFERENCE VOLTAGE GENERATION CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a reference voltage generation circuit which attains a temperature compensation function without being affected by the dispersion in a manufacture process by properly setting the drain current of an electric field effect type transistor composing a reference voltage generation circuit. CONSTITUTION:A negative feedback circuit 2a is provided with resistances 38 and 39 connected serially between the output node and the ground of a differntial amplifier 37. As the common connection node of the resistances 38 and 31 is connected with the inverted input node of the differential-amplifier 37, the negative feedback circuit 2a is composed. When the resistance values of the resistances 38 and 39 are defined as R1, R2, respectively, output voltage Vo is imparted by an expression I. The drain current of a transistor 36 is set so that the change of the output voltage Vo caused by the changes of the resistances in ambient temperatures 30 deg.C to 100 deg.C may be compensated. Thus, the temperature compensation function is attained.
