<p>PURPOSE:To easily form an electric circuit suitable for miniaturized conductive components by mixing powder conductive material and powder binding material, mounting the conductive component formed by compressing the mixed material to abut on a wiring pattern on a circuit board and baking and fixing the component at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:A pellet-shaped conductive component 11 which constitutes a chip resistor is manufactured by compressing the mixed material of powder conductive material such as silver and ruthenium oxide and powder binding material such as low-melting point glass and resin to form a certain shape. The pellet-shaped conductive component 11 is mounted on a circuit board 11 permitting the both edges to abut 011 the wiring pattern 13 of the circuit board 12 and is baked once. The conductive component 11 is softened by the heating, hardened and fixed to the circuit board 12 and the wiring pattern 13 to form an electric circuit. The conductive component 11 is surely electrically connected to the wiring pattern 13 on the circuit board 12.</p> |
