PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cycle characteristic and increase energy density by containing carbonate compound in organic solvent and using rubber such as SBR as a negative electrode binder. SOLUTION: Organic solvent contains one or more of a compound represented by formula I and a compound represented by formula II. In formula I and formula II, ϕ is a phenyl group that may contain an alkyl group, and R is a hydrogen atom or a phenyl group that may contain an alkyl group with 1-4 carbons or an alkyl group. Phenyl ethylene carbonate or the like is used as the concrete compound represented by formula I, and phenyl vinylene carbonate or the like is used as the compound represented by formula II. As a negative electrode binder, one or more of SBR, styrene butadiene rubber with water, styrene isoprene rubber, styrene isoprene rubber with water, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, and ethylene propylene rubber. |
