The present invention relates to a management support method. The management support method includes: (a) a step of receiving a first problem recognized by a first problem recognizer on a project activity corresponding to a business management action applied to a predetermined group or a predetermined team member during a company management process, with first problem recognition compensation; and (b) a step of increasing importance on the project activity by reflecting second problem recognition compensation to the first problem recognition compensation when a second problem (there is no need to be same as the first problem) on the project activity is shared by a second problem recognizer. Therefore, the management support method can recognize and solve the problem generated during the business management process.
