PURPOSE:To keep a cap in an open condition so as to be prevented from clogging in repeated use by treating with silicone a part of an outlet for discharging therethrough a liquid cleaner from the cap. CONSTITUTION:A cap consists of a cap body 11 and a cap button 21 slidably engageable with the cap body 11. A liquid cleaner is sent between the outer peripheral surface of a core 13 projecting from the cap body 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the cap button 21 and then discharged from an outlet 23. In this embodiment, to treat such a cap outlet with silicone, the cap is closed and the top part C thereof is coated with silicone oil or oil composition, which is then spread to coat small recess parts (the inner peripheral surface of the cap button 21 out of contact with the core 13) provided around the outlet 23 and, at the same time, the top part of the core 13. |
