PURPOSE:To improve reliability in coil winding operation by providing a core material which is formed from an extra thin plate and a plated layer which is formed by coating the face of the core material to the coil winding hook. CONSTITUTION:This coil winding hook 1 is composed of a core material 4 wh'ich is formed from the extra thin plate and a plated layer 5 which is formed by coating the face of the core material 4. Since the corners and protrusions of the core material 4 are covered with the plated layer 5 and an overall smooth surface is formed, the hook comes in contact with an electric wire smoothly, the disconnection of the wire is eliminated, the reliability of the coil winding operation is improved and a good winding operation is performed. In addition, by forming the core material 4 from the extra thin plate, the hook 1 with a good accuracy is obtained. Also, as the core material 4 is reinforced with the plated layer 5, the strength of the hook 1 is improved especially at the tip, the deformation of the hook shape of the tip part is eliminated, and the durability is improved. |
