PURPOSE:To compensate resistance ratio of resistor with IC heating, so as to stabilize output voltage of the IC by arranging an output voltage control resistor directly below or in the proximity to the IC for stabilizing power source mounted on the same wiring substrate. CONSTITUTION:An IC for stabilizing power source is put in the center part on one surface of a wiring substrate 6, and condensers are print-wired on right and left side parts thereof in a separated manner, and a number of output adjustment resistors R1-Rn of IC along with a plurality of output voltage control resistor R', R'' are print-wired on the other surface of the substrate 6. The resistors R', R'' are arranged directly below or in the proximity to the IC which is on the reverse side surface, and is in the same condition in a thermal term. The resistance values of the resistors R', R'' are changed due to the heating of the IC almost in a equivalent manner, and the relative resistance ratio is always proceeded almost in the same manner. Variation in the output voltage of the IC is effectively suppressed and is thus stabilized.
