<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components to contrive to diminish a cost by simplifying a working part through allowing the positioning mechanism of a small-sized type cassette to drive only by the use of a mode conversion rod. CONSTITUTION:When a small-sized type cassette 11 is inserted, a rod 35 moves to regulate the rod output part 13a of a small-sized type cassette-positioning pin 12a. In this case, a height-determining part 15a moves to right above an abutment part 33a against the energization of a compression torsion coil spring 25a. When the cassette 11 is mounted in a tape-driving means, the cassette moves downward against the energization of the spring 25a and abuts on the abutment part 33a so that the height is determined and the cassette 11 is positioned and a tape can be driven. Then, when a standard type cassette 1 is inserted, he rod 35 moves to the position, where the output part 13a of the pin 12a is not regulated. In this case, the height-determining part 15a rotates and a guide part 14a moves to right above a notch 32a. Thereafter, when the guide part 14a is inserted into the driving means, the part is positioned at the cassette 11 and can be driven.</p> |
