PURPOSE:To obtain a product free from a defect and deformation in the case of using ceramics powder and metallic powder as a raw material and performing molding and sintering. CONSTITUTION:While a platelike molded body 1 formed of ceramics and metallic powder is rotated 2, prescribed sintering is performed. Thereby the temp. distribution of the inside of the platelike molded body is reduced and a sintered body excellent in evenness is obtained.
