发明名称 MAKING PROCESS FOR DEOXIDE STEEL HAVING A GOOD PURITY
摘要 The low carbon aluminum deoxidation steel is composed of 0.004- 0.19 wt.% carbon, less than 0.04 wt.% silicon, 0.45-0.85 wt.% manganese, less than 0.02 wt.% phosphorus, 0.01 wt.% sulphur, 0.22- 0.06 wt.% solution aluminum, and the balance of iron. Their composition is controlled by inputting aluminum and calcium in order during the molten steel tapping of the decarburization in the convert furnace. The steps for preparation comprise (a) controlling the amount of dissolved oxygen to 60-170 ppm by decaburizing with aluminum, (b) inputting calcium alloy to be 0.12-1.5 of Ca/Al ratio.
