<p>PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture with excellent productivity of a decorative sheet using natural crushed stone, etc., and having a smooth surface by simplifying a production process. CONSTITUTION:A crushed stone sheet 4, in which a crushed stone 4a layer is formed onto a transparent or semitransparent synthetic resin layer, is superposed on an opaque synthetic resin sheet 3 so that the crushed stone layer 4a is brought into contact with said sheet 3, and heated and pressed. A transparent or semitransparent synthetic resin sheet 41 may be interposed between the crushed stone sheet 4 and the opaque synthetic resin sheet 3, and a layer, in which the upper sections of base materials (1, 2) are coated with opaque synthetic resin paste and the paste is gelled, may be used as the opaque synthetic resin sheet 3. Since a transparent or semitransparent synthetic resin layer having a smooth surface on the reverse side to the crushed stone layer of the crushed stone sheet 4 is employed as the surface layer of a product sheet, a transparent or semitransparent layer for smoothing the surface again need not be formed and the sheets be laminated, and a long-sized article can also be manufactured.</p> |
