PURPOSE:To suppress a leakage current by placing spacer boards made of insulating material between a battery and a battery mounting base. CONSTITUTION:An insulating material-made bottom face space board 21 is stuck to the bottom face of a battery mounting base 20 and an insulating material-made side face spacer board 22 is stuck to each side face of the battery mounting base 20. Since an electrostatic capacitance between a battery 5 and the earth is inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the two, the electrostatic capacitance can be remarkably reduced by mounting the battery 5 on the battery mounting base 20 through the spacer boards 21, 22. Consequently, a leakage current can be noticeably decreased. |
