PURPOSE:To preclude the possibility of a troublesome entry job and an entry error caused when an ID number or an ID card is in use by using a fingerprint for an identification means of a user. CONSTITUTION:A fingerprint detection means 21 is fitted to a grip of a receiver 2 and a fingerprint of a specific party such as a telephone set user or the like is stored in advance to a storage device 3 by a fingerprint registration means 22. When the user of the telephone set lifts up the handset 2 to make a call or to receive a call, the fingerprint of the user is detected by the fingerprint detection means 21. Then the fingerprint of the specific party is compared with a fingerprint stored in the device 3, and when the fingerprint is coincident, call transmission or reception is allowed and when the fingerprint differs, the call transmission or reception is restricted. |
