PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive force of glaze by providing a top layer, in which silica hume is mixed, on a base layer of a concrete panel, and baking the glaze to the surface of this base material layer. CONSTITUTION:Cement kneaded material is placed to form a base layer 2. Cement kneaded material, in which silica hume is mixed, is placed thereon to form a top layer 3. An inclusion factor of silica hume in the top layer 3 is set at about. 10-30 weight % against the cement. The surface of a concrete base material layer 1, which consists of the base layer 2 and the top layer 3, is coated with glaze such as crude glaze, flit glaze to form a glaze layer 4. The adhesive force of the glaze and the compression strength of a panel is thereby improved. |
