<p>Pressure infusion apparatus for an ambulatory patient comprising a flexible liquid bag (20) connected to an output tube (21) for administering the liquid to the patient, a flexible pressure bag (30) held next to the liquid bag for pressurising the liquid by squeezing the liquid bag, means (50) for inflating the pressure bag, means (40) for monitoring the pressure it applies to the liquid, and a shoulder cushion (10) adapted to support and to retain the liquid bag and pressure bag securely above the cushion and comfortably over one of the patient's shoulders, the cushion having means (17, 18) for holding it releasably in place over the patient's shoulder.</p> |
