The method is to minimize the number of filaments and to position filaments to prevent the generation of luminance difference between central pattern and edge pattern. The method comprises: (A) calculating the arranging space (P) of filaments using the equation P=G tan (118 = 141 0/2); (B) calculating the distance (X) of outer segments; and (C) setting the arranging space in the range of 0.15P-0.35P. Once the vertical width of segment and arranging space of filaments are set, the other paramenters needed arranging the filaments are determined to equalize the luminances of each segment.
