PURPOSE:To control (n) sets of stepping motors by operating one set of phase driving unit exclusively by controlling (n) sets of the stepping motors with (n) sets of driving switchers. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor driving circuit is provided with (n) sets of stepping motors 11-1n, operated exclusively and having m-phase, (n) sets of driving switchers 21-2n same as the stepping motor in the number thereof, a phase driving unit 3 for driving m-phase and a rotation control unit 4 controlling these instruments. Under a condition that all of the stepping motors 11-1n are stopped, the rotation control unit 4 stops the driving switchers 21-2n. When the driving switcher 11 is operated from a rotation control unit 4 and the driving of the phases is effected by the phase driving unit 3 through a phase control wire 5, the operation of the stepping motor 11 is started. |
