PURPOSE:To share the processor by sending test data to an arbitrary data processing module, and performing the opening/closing control of an interface for ordinary data or test data transmission appropriately corresponding to a content to be tested. CONSTITUTION:A module main body 1 which performs required data processing in accordance with modules M1-Mn and a bus DB for data transmission are connected to a data processing module. Also, the modules M1-Mn are provided with input buffers 4n and output buffers 5n that is input/output interfaces for test data transmission, AND gates, and decoders. In such a case, the interface is provided separately from the input/output interface for ordinary data transmission, and the opening/closing control of both interfaces are performed appropriately corresponding to the content to be tested. A decision part 17 receives processed test data from a bus TB for test transmission, and decides whether or not a processed result is normal. In such a manner, it is possible to send the test data to the arbitrary processing module, and to share the processor 10. |
