PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid seasoning slightly foaming even by shaking a container in use, comprising contents usable in a uniform state, by blending liquid seasoning not containing oil component with beef essence, etc., as an anti- foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:Liquid seasoning substantially not containing oil component is blended with preferably 0.005-10wt.% beef essence and/or beef protein hydrolyzate as an anti-foaming agent to give the objective seasoning. |
