The key with four driving dogs is for a screwed barrel lid. The dogs (3) protrude from a 34 mm.dia. round core (6) to an overall OD of 51.3 mm, and are 18 mm wide, being radiused or chamfered at their outer edges parallel to the axis. The chamfer or radius joins onto the dog sides at a dia. of 46 mm. At the front outer edge the key is turned down to 46.5 mm dia. All the surfaces mentioned are machined to between 0.5 and 2 mm undersize. USE/ADVANTAGE - Key with four driving dogs is usable with all lids on the market.
