PURPOSE:To simplify a test program and to shorten testing time by providing a reset signal input terminal in which a reset signal is input for separating functional blocks individually from a bus line corresponding to the blocks. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor integrated circuit device in which a plurality of functional blocks 3a-3d are connected to a common bus line 2 and the blocks 3a-3d transfer data through the line 2, has reset signal input terminals 5a-5d provided corresponding to the blocks 3a-3d and in which reset signals for isolating the blocks individually from the line 2 are input. Thus, the blocks 3a-3d are individually reset, isolated from the bus line, and individually tested to simplify a program test and to shorten testing time. |
