PURPOSE:To provide a mounting device capable of firmly holding tools irrespective of an increased number of tool replacements by providing a vacuum channel between inner and outer cylinders so as to attract a tool by vacuum. CONSTITUTION:A vertical moving body is lowered to make a vacuum channel ready for suction. A suction pad 100 with a tool 24 sucked through a vacuum channel 104 is raised to attach the tool to a shaft 27. The tool 24 is held in the shaft 27 by a leaf spring 32 and the suction through the suction channel 31. Thereafter, the pad 100 stops suction and goes downward, while the vertical moving body 18 goes upward. In this manner, it is possible to ensure tool holding even if the frequency of tool replacement increases. |
