PURPOSE:To automate production and manufacture the title product excellent in accuracy by providing a tilted part inclined in a taper shape toward a cylindrical body and forming a ring receiving portion into a flat part. CONSTITUTION:While keeping a top force 1 and an inner mold 2 open, a cylindri cal body 5 is set in a cavity 4 so that the tip of an ejector pin 11 is inserted into the cylindrical body 5. A ring 6 is then dropped into the cavity 4 to allow the inner circumferential surface of the ring 6 to smoothly slide along the tilted part 26B of the cavity and to allow the bottom end surface of ring 6 to land on the flat part 26A thereof. Thus, the cylindrical body 5 and the ring 6 are set at predetermined positions in the cavity 4, and, while inserting angular pins 23 into inclined holes 2A, the top force 1 is lowered to complete the mold clamping. After the mold clamping, rubber materials are injected into the cavity 4 from injection ports 7, and the rubber is valcanized and adheres to the outer circumference of the cylindrical body 5. |
