A circular saw head carries on its saw shaft (2) a supporting flange (1) on which a supporting sleeve (4) is secured and centred. The supporting sleeve (4) has a shoulder (5) against which an inner circular saw blade (6), an annular fixing flange (8) and an outer circular saw blade (9) are clamped by means of recessed screws (11). The outer circular saw blade (9) has a thickened securing edge (10). The supporting sleeve (4) is secured on the saw shaft (2) in such a way that it can be replaced. The circular saw head is used for sawing off side boards from a four-sided flattened wooden block with milled-out corners.
