PURPOSE:To simplify the adding processing of 1/2 dots also in addition to the adding processing of 2 dots or more by using a method for storing a decision signal obtained from a picture line addition deciding device in an one-line delay element and a method for outputting the same data for two lines from a reference area output circuit and using its identification signal. CONSTITUTION:Binary serial data in each intermittent line, i.e. every other line of reading lines are inputted to a terminal 601 and then inputted to an one-line delay element 61. One of the output data from the element 61 is outputted to a terminal 602 as it is and the other is inputted to an one-line delay element 62. The output data are similarly outputted to terminals 604 to 606 and inputted to one-line delay elements 61 to 64. Thus, one-line data are delayed in each line and data for five lines are outputted. Since the same data for two lines are sent at the time of reading, a write signal is applied to the initial line out of the two lines. Thereby, the picture line adding device is provided with a picture line addition deciding circuit 12 and a reference are output circuit 11. |
